The Nits and Grits:
- Custom designs start from IDR 500.000. The price will be adjusted according to the materials being used, and the complexity of the design.
- Your custom piece includes priority domestic shipping and a 12-month free repair service.
- There’s a non-refundable IDR 150.000 down payment to get us started with the first design draft. This sum is to make sure that you and I are committed to making this custom design.
- You’ll get to tell us what you want to see in your piece. This process (from design to finish) can take anywhere between 6 to 28 workdays.

You’ll receive a message from us to follow up with the following details:
- The details of your dream design: the colour scheme, the texture, the chains or beads you love, give us some reference images (from our collection or others), and most importantly, your budget range.
- We’ll then work on the first design draft. Once it’s finished, we’ll send you a photo of it. This is the perfect time where you can give us your feedback, we’ll make sure that you’ll receive nothing but a bespoke piece that you’re proud of.
- Once the design is finalised, we’ll wrap it up and ship it to your address on the next working day.
