Shipping & RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery pieces, returns and refunds are not available at our store. However, we offer a size exchange (within 7 (seven) days upon receiving your piece). Please note that we do not cover shipping fees on any exchanges.
- We offer a free reparation service for up to 1 year after your order is made (proof is required). We do not cover shipping fees on this free repair service.
- We make sure to pack your order carefully and securely to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, therefore we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once it’s handed over to our shipping partners.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive after our shipping notice.
