Job description
UglyBijoux is looking for a freelance jewellery artisan to help us craft our pieces for stock purposes and orders alike. Our brand was born out of a hobby of turning materials into beautiful jewellery pieces, so if you love to get crafty on your downtime, and make some extra pocket money, then this job is for you!
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Making the pieces from start to finish with an excellent standard of quality
- Jewellery making includes: cutting the chords and chains, prepping the beads, assembling the pieces together, etc.
- You may also help us pack and ship our orders for an additional fee
Qualifications and skills needed:
- A crafty individual who has an exquisite eye for detail
- Someone who values pieces and materials
- Someone who’s able to work with targets and deadlines
- Previous experience in making beaded jewellery is a plus but you’ll have a training period to help you learn how to make UglyBijoux pieces
Working hours & location:
This is part-time freelance work which leads to more flexibility to work hours that suit you. You are expected to craft at least 10 pieces per week, this number may fluctuate to meet demands.
The job is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. During the first two-week training period, you’re expected to be present at our atelier. After that, the work location is flexible and negotiable.
Salary:
A pro-rate per piece made according to the 3 Tiers. The calculation is based on the difficulty and intricacy of each piece.

Tugas dan kewajiban:
- Membuat perhiasan UglyBijoux dari awal sampai akhir dengan standar kualitas yang sangat baik
- Pembuatan perhiasan termasuk: memotong rantai, menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan manik-manik yang akan dipakai, merakit bagian-bagian tersebut, dll.
- Kamu juga bisa menyiapkan paket untuk uang tambahan
Kualifikasi dan keahlian yang dibutuhkan:
- Kreatif dan teliti. Suka kerajinan perhiasan manik-manik
- Menghargai keindahan material dan perhiasan
- Passionate tentang kualitas produk
- Bisa bekerja dengan target dan deadline
- Pengalaman membuat perhiasan manik-manik adalah nilai tambah tetapi kamu juga akan mendapatkan training dari UglyBijoux
Jam kerja & lokasi:
Ini adalah lowongan kerja lepas dan paruh waktu sehingga kamu bisa mengatur secara fleksible jam kerjamu. Akan tetapi, kamu diharapkan untuk membuat minimal 10 pieces setiap minggu, angka ini fluktuatif tergantung permintaan.
Pekerjaan ini berlokasi di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. 2 minggu pertama akan ada periode pelatihan yang mengharuskan kamu untuk hadir di studio kami. Setelah itu, tempat kamu bekerja bisa dinegosiasi dan fleksibel.
Gaji:
Bayaran prorate per piece yang kamu buat berdasarkan 3 Tiers. Kalkulasi ini dibuat berdasarkan kerumitan dan kesulitan dari setiap piece dibawah ini.
